How to send order confirmation emails to customers?

"How can I make sure a confirmation email is sent to my clients"- Support forum

This is a common question from small businesses who take orders on a form. Your customers want to know that their order reached you and what they ordered. Google Forms can send them a copy of their answers, but you cannot write your own message or add payment or delivery instructions. With Neartail, you can write your own confirmation email. When a customer places an order, they will receive it with their order details. Even better, you can add your logo and your payment or delivery instructions, so it looks like it comes from your business and not from Google.

Let's start. Create your order form and follow the steps below.

  • Check the outline it suggests and click Proceed.
