How to create a branded share link for your payment form?

"My logo is the wrong dimensions to upload into google forms header"- Google Docs Editors Community

This is a common question from Google Forms users who share a form with their customers. For example, if you collect payments, the page should look like yours. Google Forms lets you add a header image, but it has no place for your logo in the header and footer of the page and it keeps its own line in the footer. With Neartail, you can select a theme, upload your logo and update your header and footer. Your customers open your share link and see your business on the page. Even better, the responses will still be collected on your Google Forms.

Let's start. Create your form and follow the steps below.

How to customize your share link webpage?

  • On the page that opens, click "Enter your form name". Type your form's name, click Generate and wait about a minute.
  • Check the outline it suggests and click Proceed.
  • Once you create the form, you will land on the form's "Edit" tab.
  • If it asks "Do you want to collect payment on form submit?", click No.
  • Click on "Preview" tab

  • Theme settings will be displayed. Select Minimal theme and update the colors, fonts and font size. Preview shows you the look. To save it, click the button at the bottom. It says Apply until you change something, then Apply to all forms. It restyles every live form on your account, not only this one.
