Formfacade MCP server

This is a common question from people who already work in an AI assistant such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT or VS Code. Building forms one field at a time is slow and you do not want to leave your assistant to do it. In the Google Forms editor, you add each question by hand. With Formfacade's MCP server, you can create and edit forms in plain language from your assistant. You ask for the form in your own words and the form is built for you. Even better, you approve it once and you can add it to any MCP client with one remote server URL.

Let's start. You need a Formfacade account, so create your form first.

Overview

The Formfacade MCP server provides programmatic access to form creation, editing and management via natural language interfaces, compatible with popular AI assistants including Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT and VS Code extensions. Implementation follows the open Model Context Protocol specification, ensuring interoperability with any MCP-compatible client.
